I agree Vicky. The responses to the questions are very helpful. With my own impatience, I need to first learn to reconize when I have impatience, then if I do that, I have a much better chance of being skillful (not that I always am of course :-) But if I can stop and see that impatience has come up, I at least have a chance of taking a better course of action! Thank you to all the monks and nuns for taking the time to help us!
I had to laugh out loud when I heard the first words of the Q&A ... patience. Just last night I was speaking with my wife about my lack of patience with our children. Perfect.
I am deeply appreciative to have this cyberspace podcast connection. Thank-you!
I am especially moved by the 14 year old child\'s question on how to help his family members in their crisis. I naturally want to help my love ones immediately and by urgent means; however, cultivating and strengtening the loving productive seeds in our loved ones; will truly help to heal their pain. I am so happy to have these wise words to reflect upon when I am in a similar situation.
Thank you so much for this... You helped me remember how precious you all are, you who dedicate your life to love and understanding and to share them with the rest of us.
Sincerely,
Vicky
